Understanding of different societies and cultures has become one of the leading processes of business.

Primarily there has been a greater focus on understanding the various cultures because of its ability to affect business on a global scale.

Because of technology, and what it is capable of, our world is becoming globalized.

Because of globalization, multinational corporations are quickly changing how they do business and this is impacting how financial management is conducted.

The evidence for hyperglobalization is found all over the world, but for the purposes of this paper, I will focus on the expansion of NAFTA, the 2004 Indian Elections, and the increasing global outsourcing of labor.
